Central Park Campus Leadership

Dayna Briggs

School Director

Dayna finds joy in the everyday moments that make The Gardner School of Central Park such a special place. She loves seeing each child’s smile as they arrive in the morning and taking time to ask about their day. Those simple interactions help her understand how each child is feeling and set a positive, caring tone for the day ahead.

Since joining The Gardner School in November 2025, Dayna has focused on creating an environment where children learn safely, teachers feel supported and encouraged, and families feel confident in the care their children receive. She believes in investing deeply — learning what each child loves, what makes them feel important, and how best to help them grow.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies. “When teachers feel supported, they can better support the children in their care,” she says.

Haley Dew

Assistant Director

Haley Dew serves as the Assistant Director at The Gardner School at Central Park. She enjoys greeting families and babies each morning, helping create a consistent routine and making each child and family feel special and seen as they start their day.
Throughout the day, Haley enjoys visiting classrooms, talking with the children, and hearing about what they are learning or excited about. She believes that building personal connections, whether through a morning greeting or a quick classroom visit, helps children feel comfortable and supported.
Haley joined The Gardner School in October 2023 to help open the Central Park location. She started as support staff, later worked as a float, and then served as a lead toddler teacher for two years before being promoted to Assistant Director.
She holds an Associate Degree in Psychology.
“I love starting the day by greeting our families and children and helping everyone feel seen and supported.”
