From the time you drop them off to the time you pick them up, we take every measure to protect them while giving them ample freedom to discover new things. A Safe and Secure Environment
The first thing you’ll notice is the clean, safe environment we have created for students and staff.
- Each classroom is designed with room to move freely and safety protocols for each age.
- We implement a two-tier level of security for entry access.
- There are cameras throughout the building with a live feed that can be monitored.
Qualified and Caring Teachers
We take great pride in building a well-educated, well-trained, caring, and motivating team of teachers.
- Our teachers are certified in pediatric first aid and CPR.
- Every staff member has passed a stringent background screening.
- We provide extensive and ongoing professional development and training opportunities for teachers.
Parent Partnership
and Open-Door Policy
We partner with parents and caregivers to ensure their child receives intentional care and individual attention.
- We offer an open-door policy for parent check-ins at any time.
- We proactively communicate with parents about wellness concerns, safety incidents, and emergency notifications with our parent communication app.
- Our staff use food safety practices and are prepared to handle food and medication allergies.
Spacious Areas for Exploration
Our schools have intentionally designed areas for students to explore and play outside of the classroom.
- We provide spacious and safe outdoor and indoor playscapes supplied with age-appropriate equipment.
- Most locations are equipped with indoor playscapes for inclement or extreme weather.
- Our teachers are trained to follow specific emergency response plans for severe weather or unexpected emergencies.
After touring multiple daycares in the area, it was an easy decision to go with The Gardner School. Our son started at the young age of three months. As first-time parents, we were very nervous about how he would adjust, but the teachers and administrators happily answered all of our questions. It did not take long to see how extremely lucky we are to have the teachers at The Gardner School taking care of our boy. It is clear that our son absolutely adores TGS, and we do, too!

Our eight-month-old started at The Gardner School one month ago and has been thriving ever since! His first four months of daycare were spent somewhere else, and the switch to TGS has literally been life-changing.
