Milton Campus Leadership

Joanna Siegal

School Director

Joanna Siegal loves the small moments that help build a sense of community at our schools. Since joining TGS in May 2026, she has enjoyed starting each day with smiles, stories, and the occasional quick hug before children head off to their classrooms. Those simple interactions help create the strong relationships that make school feel like a second home for children and families alike.
She especially enjoys when a child eagerly shares a story or something they are proud of. Seeing their excitement and confidence grow, while families celebrate those milestones alongside them, is one of the most rewarding parts of her day. Joanna believes every child should know they matter, whether that means celebrating a success, offering encouragement during a tough moment, or simply taking the time to listen.
Joanna holds a degree in Early Education. She is proud to be part of a school community built on connection, support, and the everyday moments that make childhood so special.
