The Gardner School of Chelmsford
Chelmsford’s Newest Home for Early Learning
At The Gardner School of Chelmsford, children learn through a balance of teacher-guided instruction and child-led exploration. Our bright classrooms, indoor and outdoor playscapes, and an enrichment studio, are intentionally designed to spark curiosity and confidence. Families will find a calm, nurturing environment that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Tina Dello Russo
School Director
Tina Dello Russo is energized each day by the smiles and enthusiasm of the children as they arrive at school. She treasures hearing about their mornings and evenings and believes that a cheerful “Hi, Miss Tina” is all it takes to spark a great day. Tina finds deep joy in witnessing children reach new milestones and embraces their incredible capacity for growth and development.
Committed to empowering every child, Tina fosters an environment where children feel safe, seen, and confident. She models self-assurance, encourages mindful risk-taking, sets attainable goals, and nurtures independence. To Tina, a great day at The Gardner School is filled with beaming smiles, contagious laughter, and meaningful achievements.
Tina wishes every parent could experience the close-knit community that unfolds within the school each day—the strong connections between children and teachers, peer relationships, and the collaborative spirit shared among all educators.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Salem State University and began her role as Executive Director in January 2026.
