Summer in Chicago’s suburban cities offers many opportunities for families to make memories without venturing far from home. Longer days mean more time to enjoy neighborhood parks, introduce your child to new activities, and visit well-known attractions. This summer bucket ensures fun for parents, siblings, and other family members spending summer near the Windy City.

The youngest pioneers will enjoy pony rides, an adventure playground, a hay-less hayride, and a carousel like those of yesteryear.
