In October, team members invested time in a professional development day, one of two company-wide training events held each year in addition to ongoing learning throughout the school year. These days give our teachers time to share best practices, deepen their understanding of child development, and explore new ideas for the classroom.
Sessions focus on curriculum design, classroom management, social-emotional learning, and innovative approaches to early education. More importantly, they create space for teachers to connect, exchange stories, and find inspiration in their shared mission of nurturing every child’s growth.
